Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Tele sales / B2B Sales - Overseas Opportunities Location: Anywhere in South India Experience:1-3 years in B2B sales, business development, or tele sales Job Description: We are inviting applications for the role of Business Development Manager (BDM) / Tele sales / B2B Sales professional to join our team at Trivial Chapter. This position focuses on overseas opportunities and requires individuals with 1- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or tele sales, who have demonstrated the ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in overseas markets through targeted outbound sales efforts. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and follow-up. 3. Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet their specific requirements. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients. 5. Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments. 6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services. 7. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals. 8. Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis. 9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM system with relevant information. 10. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in B2B sales and business development. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, or tele sales, preferably in an overseas market. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. 4. Strong negotiation and closing skills. 5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 7.
