This is a Global Role for Technology Selling in International Regions and will focus on acquiring and sourcing new leads in international regions such as APAC, UK, and the Middle East. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting thorough research, exploring various avenues to reach international clients and effectively engaging with bankers through cold calling, cold emailing and pitching our digital transaction banking, Cash Management and corporate banking productsExperience 2 to 5 yearsLocation Mumbai or Chennai (Work From Office)A sales/marketer who possesses a growth mindset, with strong communication skills, who thinks creatively, is detail-oriented and is able to meet deadlines.The successful candidate will be working closely with the regional heads, sales, marketing and product marketers of iGTB to drive the lead generation agenda. The products serve a worldwide marketplace with especial focus on advanced markets (North America, Europe, Japan, Australia and Singapore) and growth markets (India, MEA and rest of Asia), so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable interacting, engaging and booking meetings to highly critical, time-poor senior bank executives from those locations.Important Note : The client base is an intimate, B2B (in fact B2B2B) marketplace. This is not a mass market marketing role. We aim to provide services to the top 300 banks in the world, aiming to ensure the key 5-10 or so individuals in each one understands and acts based on the unique value we bring. This means we are targeting a community of only a few thousand, senior people, many of whom we know. Candidates will need to be able to show they can work in this marketing environment.Responsibilities : The talented and competitive Inside Sales team members will thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable reaching out to prospects, doing research to aid sales, making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Experience in setting up and scaling an inside sales team will be critical.Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts and markets, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsPerform effective online demos to prospectsKey Skills :Relationship managers with banks of the corporate & transaction banking sideTrack record of over-achieving quotaProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong phone presence and experience dialing up customersExplore more about us at : https://www.Intellectdesign.Com & https://www.Igtb.Com/Qualifications:Proven experience in inside sales, technology sales or a similar role, preferably in the Banking or Software or IT industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects effectively.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on driving win-win outcomes.Knowledge of financial services, banking or fintech industry or SaaS is a plus."
