Presents ideas clearly and concisely in verbal and written communications 3. Capable of conducting follow-up calls to companies for general information 4. Potentially assist in drafting email response 5. Drive multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed sales 6. Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends in terms of KPI delivery and operational effectiveness of the call center 7.
