Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in Branded Content Sales to join our dynamic team at Republic Media Network. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience in branded content sales and intellectual properties (IPs). This role will involve driving sales initiatives, forging strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities through branded content solutions across our platforms. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in branded content sales, focusing on both new business development and existing client accounts. Identify and pursue opportunities for branded content collaborations, leveraging Republic Media Network's intellectual properties and media assets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, agencies, and brands, to understand their objectives and deliver customized solutions. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including content creators, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of branded content campaigns. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and enhance Republic Media Network's competitive positioning. Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and reports to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our branded content offerings. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve revenue goals. Represent Republic Media Network at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand and forge strategic partnerships. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field. MBA is preferred. Proven track record of 5-10 years in branded content sales, with a strong focus on intellectual properties and media partnerships. Demonstrated success in driving sales revenue, exceeding targets, and building long-term client relationships in the media or advertising industry. In-depth understanding of branded content strategies, and emerging trends in content marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence key stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and sales forecasting. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as required and work flexible hours to accommodate client meetings and events.
