<p>We are hiring candidates for <b>Key account Manager- Coated Products (Sales & Marketing</b>) experience with one of our leading steel manufacturers.<br/><br/><b>Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:</b><br/><br/> Relevant Experience: 5-6 Years<br/><br/>Total Experience: 10 - 12 Years<br/><br/><b>Educational Qualifications & Certifications:</b> B.E./ B. Tech (Metallurgy)<br/><br/><b>Functional Skills:</b><br/><br/>- Experience working in sales functions of a steel mill, steel trading company, or a steel service center.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of selling coated steel products in the Indian market.<br/><br/>- Established relationships with key end buyers/OEMs of steel products and having knowledge of various end user/application segments such as HVAC, solar, appliance, packaging, construction, PEBs, furniture, sandwich panels, P&T, etc.<br/><br/>- Experience working with government companies and project consultants is an added advantage.<br/><br/><b>Behavioural Skills:</b><br/><br/>1. Presentation Skills<br/><br/>2. Problem solving skills<br/><br/>3. Convincing skills<br/><br/><b>Product Development & Commercialization:</b><br/><br/> - Create annual coated product development plan with inputs from Market<br/><br/>- Co-development of the product and application with customer<br/><br/>- Identify new customers and develop through the supply of existing / new product.<br/><br/>- Feedback in product development to the plant<br/><br/>- Assist sales team in techno-commercial issues<br/><br/><b>Sales Management: </b><br/><br/>- Handle sales for downstream products - HRPO, Cold Rolled, Galvanised and prepainted steel business.<br/><br/>- Manage key accounts- Increase SOB with existing customers and adding new customers.<br/><br/>- Achieve Sales, spread, and premium targets.<br/><br/><b>Market Development: </b><br/><br/>- Develop the market for Coated steel products. Acquiring new customers in key segments like Solar, construction, appliance, PEBs etc.<b><br/><br/></b><b>Core Competencies: </b><br/><br/>- Conceptualize and implement strategies based on market requirements and competitor activities.<br/><br/>- Resilient, team Player, Goal oriented, leading by example, take challenges.<br/><br/>- Decision making skills, negotiation skills, taking ownership.<br/><br/>- Diligent chaser, persistent.<br/><br/><b>Customer Relations: </b><br/><br/>- To have customer focused approach and develop strong relationship with customers.<br/><br/>- Build relationships with different functions like production, planning, logistics, finance, etc., to execute sales smoothly.<br/><br/> <b>Internal Interactions:</b><br/><br/>1.
