Job Summary:
As an experienced Logistics/Courier/Transportation Sales Manager - Individual Contributor, you will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth for our company, which specializes in B2B express logistics services by air and road. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring your performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute plans to expand market share and achieve revenue goals in the B2B express logistics sector.
· Business development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business development, including new markets, products, and partnerships specifically within the B2B express logistics services by air and road.
· Client relationship management: Establish and maintain relationships with key B2B clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Sales performance monitoring: Track your sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review.
