Reports To: Director, Product Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to develop their skills in pre-sales, sales, and post-sales. As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience across different stages of the sales and customer success process. You will work closely with experienced professionals to learn about our products, market strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
Sales:
Participate in sales meetings and client calls to understand customer needs and requirements.
Assist in the preparation and negotiation of sales contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Training and Development:
Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of the sales cycle.
Receive mentorship and guidance from senior team members.
Attend workshops, seminars, and industry events to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
