Job Description - Manager - Channel Sales - Fire & Safety

MEP Industry Profile - Channel Sales Manager Salary - Upto 10 LAC Qualification - BBA / MBA in sales / Any Graduate Experience -in the Fire & Safety industry Job Description - Proven track record of success in channel sales or partner management - Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners - Self-motivated and result-oriented - Ability to analyse sales data and make data-driven decisions - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools - Familiarity with Fire & Safety products and trends - Excellent presentation and public speaking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Formulate and implement strategies to develop and nurture Channel Partners for the company's products. - Build strong relationships with channel partners and provide them with necessary support and resources - Identify and on-board new channel partners to expand the sales network - Train and educate channel partners on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages - Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products. - Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations. - Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team. - Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate - Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts. - Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales. - Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities. - Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective strategies - Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential partners and customers Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Coordinate With DCS Group - (Call & whatsApp) - (Call & whatsApp) - ( Call & WhatsApp) - (call & whatsApp ) Calling Time - 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM WhatsApp Timing - 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (ref:updazz.com)
