Roles & Responsibilities:Client Relationship & Sales: Provide excellent customer service / experience with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.Brand Ambassador and able to understand and suggest products and services as per customer’s needs.Soliciting, negotiating, contracting, and managing revenues from accounts that meet criteria established in the corporate gifting business plans and budgets.Developing, implementing, and adapting quarterly sales SMART action plans and account development strategies with other sales, revenue, and catering team members.Prospecting for new business using a wide variety of methods including but not limited to phone calls, outside sales calls, community and industry networking, internet prospecting, engaging resources and relationships within the community and client entertainment within assigned market.Understanding the overall market in which you sell supply/demand, territory business trends, competitor SWOT, client sentiment and the like to position and sell gifting most effectively.Contributes towards the team reaching and exceeding weekly, quarterly and annual objectives and goals; also responsible for reaching and exceeding individual sales goals.Stakeholder management:Fostering good rapport and seamless coordination with internal & external stakeholders.Effectively communicating the customer requirements, ensuring that all information is accurate between client and operations so that client satisfaction is exceeded.Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data inclusive of deadlines, client details, correspondence, and traces in the assigned sales system.Others:Stakeholder managementCRM & Database managementCompetencies and Skill Requirements:MBA Graduate with minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B Luxury Sales.Excellent skills in communication, presentation, organization, time management etc.Excellent command of solicitation, negotiation and closing techniques.Ability to use analytical skills for measuring business potential.Ability to maintain a resilient, positive attitude that projects positive and friendly interactions with clients and Internal CFC's.Drive Luxury Business, service integrity and product quality always.Displays Customer Centricity, Innovation and is an Agile persona.Extremely Positive Attitude, Self-motivated, Persistent and Open to Learning.Adaptable to a constantly evolving environmentJob location: 1 position in Mumbai
