We are looking to hire a Real Estate Sales Specialist for our team at Phoenix Advisers. The candidate will be responsible for:

* Sales of the new developments of residential apartments of our firm.* Sales of the new developments of residential apartments of other developers.* Re-sale of existing residential inventory in the market for our Family Office Clients.

The candidate should have the following experience / skills:

* Past experience of working with a Real Estate developer, International Property Consultant (IPC), Renowned domestic property consultant or a freelancer with a demonstrated sales record.* Sales professional with a deep understanding of residential sales in the NCR region.* A good network and reach into the broker community in NCR with the ability to manage interaction with them.* Understanding of RERA norms applicable to such sales activities.* Good negotiation skills to facilitate the best sales outcome.* Proficient in English language communication - written, spoken and understanding.* Enthusiasm to work in a process driven environment.* Strong MIS and reporting skills.* Relevant sales education from a reputed institution.

The compensation for this position will be variable heavy, as per industry standard.
