Job Description - Manager - Sales - Logistics

Key Skills Required : - Communication Skills (written/verbal), Direct Sales Skills, Attention to Details, Influencing Skills, Negotiation Skills, Building Relationships. - Provide clear objectives and guidance to your sales organization. - Excellent understanding of Sales operation, markets and trends. - Focus on converting high potential accounts into long term partnerships. - Winning new clients while also maintaining and expanding relationships within our important large accounts. - Are a strong communicator that can work with various teams across geographic locations and can ensure that your own and your team's agendas & goals are fulfilled. - Are always hungry for more and constantly raising the bar you've set up for yourself. - Can bootstrap quickly and take larger roles in the short to medium term. - Lead generations, New Corporate Account acquisition through cold calls, scheduled appointments, enquiries, web leads. Achieve Revenue & Gross Margin Targets. - Relationship management & development with corporate clients. Is responsible for both retaining and growing existing customer and sign up new customers. - Designs and implements solutions for mode/service products and services. This includes partnering with internal pricing teams and being a liaison between the mode/service and network to create pricing models and strategies - Detailed knowledge of market region including prospective opportunities in all target markets. - Develop annual sales plan for input into the annual business plan. - Proactively planning and involving regional team's product teams for service delivery, new business development and maintenance of existing customers. - Focal point for ensuring customer challenges are resolved in a timely and effective manner. - Work directly with the other sales team members, Operations team and Program Managers to maximize revenue and strategic value to DGF. - Take part in all other sales initiative. - Responsible for developing the sales strategy of the Sales Area based Product and on Regional priorities.
