Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Media Sales Manager - Group Head to join our team in Mumbai on-site. The Media Sales Manager - Group Head will be responsible for building and managing a media sales team responsible for selling audio and podcast inventory to leading agencies and clients. The Media Sales Manager - Group Head will drive revenue growth, build partnerships, and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years' experience in selling digital media solutions
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful media sales organizations
• A deep understanding of the digital media landscape and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead and build a high-performing sales team
• Passionate about audio or podcast advertising and the opportunities it presents in the advertising industry
