Position: Medical Representative (MR) - B2B Sales
Location: Goa or Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish and expand B2B relationships with retailers, pharmacies, and medical professionals.
Promote and sell Homeofarm's range of homeopathy-infused cosmetic products to potential clients, emphasizing their unique benefits and advantages.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and product presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, providing insights and recommendations for business enhancement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cosmetics industry.
Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting and lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time) to meet with clients and attend business meetings.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
