Position Summary & Scope: Specialists in articulating the Condé Nast go-to-market and generating demand for its brands, products, and services across platforms. 2. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas): Key Accountabilities: - Work closely with the Director - Growth & Monetization to create the revenue achievement strategy for the categories - Watches, Home & Decor. - Cultivate, develop, and maintain deep relationships with key advertising decision makers at both the agency and client levels - Listen to client needs, ask thoughtful questions, and leverage consultative selling skills to drive revenue for assigned accounts - Sell integrated packages across platforms including video, social, print, digital, and event-based programs - Drive client negotiations and own the overall relationship throughout the sales process - Understand industry trends and create business plans to drive revenue growth across an assigned book of accounts - Own pipeline accuracy, confidence, and reporting - Manage and maintain pipeline accuracy through 50%. This requires adjusting initial opportunities to account for Strategy and Marketing discussion - Provide sales intelligence/feedback to inform business strategy (GTM, brand packages, tentpole, etc.) Primarily Engages With: Commercial Local Creative Strategy Local Brand Marketing Local Production & Activation Local Account Strategy Local Media Solutions Cross-Functional Commercial Finance Legal & Policy Desired Skills & Qualifications: 1. Ability to manage and grow an existing base of business while continuing to drive new business (Cross-sell & Up-sell) 2. Successful track record of growing revenue, especially in branding, experiential (Events & Exhibitions), video and digital 3. Key Skills & Core Competencies: Functional Competency: Strong Negotiation and Influencing Skills Relationship Management Ability to monetize and manage niche sector Ability to “focus on tomorrow” Understanding of the Digital Ecosystem and media planning process A well-rounded exposure to the luxury advertising business Behavioral Competency: Strategic Decision Making Stakeholder Management Qualification & Experience: MBA with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
