Urgent opening for Sales Life Insurance Company For Post - Associate Sales Manager - Executive Sales Manager
Agency Channel Minimum 1‐7 years in Sales
Salary - 20,000 to 35,000 per month
Any Graduate or Post Graduate Location - Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Patiala, Gurdaspur, Bathinda, Faridkot, Ferozepur, Shimla, Mandi, Dharamshala, Ambala, Jammu, Akhnoor, Udhampur, Rajouri, Srinagar, Baramulla, Leh. Job Specifications:
. Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent
. Minimum 1‐7 years of work experience in Sales Development role
. Experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is necessary
. Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred
Age 24 -36Years
Job Description:
. Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors.
. Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
. Monitor and review agents' performance. Help them achieve m business through customers.
. Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
. Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
. Seek new customers and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
. For guidance, supervision and control over the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.
. For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
. Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
