The client is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative for their outbound calling team at ClayWorks Create in Banneghatta Road, Bangalore. No. Of Working Days : 6 Work Timings : 10 AM - 7 PM (a) Primary Responsibilities: Lead Engagement and Conversion: ● Initiate contact with pre-qualified leads through various channels, such as phone calls and emails. ● Utilize advanced communication techniques to build trust and rapport with leads. Comprehensive Understanding and Personalized Communication: ● Possess a thorough understanding of client's suite of healthcare offerings ● Tailor communication & information sharing with patients based on their individual needs and requirements. ● Articulate how client stands as the optimal destination for tailored and effective healthcare solutions, establishing a compelling connection between the unique needs of individuals and the comprehensive services provided by the client Appointment Scheduling: ● Support patients through the entire online appointment process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to confirmed payment and booked appointment. (b) Key Performance Metrics ● No. of calls made ● Lead Conversion Rate ● Appointment Show-up Rate ● Patient Satisfaction Score based on feedback survey (c) Other Responsibilities: ● Ensure a smooth transition of customers visiting the clinic after their appointments by closely collaborating with the on-ground Sales team, aiming for a seamless and positive patient journey. ● Proactively address leads' issues or concerns during the appointment booking process, aiming for high satisfaction and loyalty. ● Contribute insights to enhance lead conversion rates and overall outreach effectiveness by identifying trends and patterns, and communicate findings to the Manager/QA for necessary actions. Qualifications: ● 2-5 years of experience in outbound communication over calls, with a preference for candidates with a background in the healthcare or wellness industry. ● Passionate about connecting with people and dedicated to enhancing lives through personalized healthcare and well-being solutions. ● Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, especially over a call, showcasing the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and convey complex information clearly. ● Proven track record of surpassing engagement and conversion targets in previous roles. ● Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and leverage opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates and outreach effectiveness. ● Ability to work independently and effectively manage time within a dynamic, fast-paced environment ● Proficiency in CRM software and adept at using data entry tools.
