<p>Responsibilities: <br/><br/>- Collect relevant financial data from the client for the OXYZO evaluation/underwriting process for a working capital limit.<br/><br/>- Facilitation of Personal Discussion by Risk team members and the clients. Post the same, collect -relevant financial data for resolution of queries of the Risk team.<br/><br/>- Understand evaluation/underwriting methodology and philosophy from team leaders and Risk team members.<br/><br/>- Drive commercial negotiation and ensure closure of the same with the client as per the sanction released by the Risk team.<br/><br/>- Facilitate loan/limit agreement execution with support of post sanction team while ensuring client support for the process.<br/><br/>- Ensure smooth disbursement with support of the Disbursement processing team by collecting the required documents from the client<br/><br/>- Maintaining a healthy client relationship and ensuring that all OXYZO due payments are received on or before the respective due date.<br/><br/>What we look for:<br/><br/>Has previously worked in similar products like LC, BG, LAP, CC, OD etc.<br/><br/>Understanding of the B2B sales/SME sales in accordance with the market dynamics.<br/><br/>Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.<br/><br/>Extremely self-driven & hardworking with the ability to lead teams.<br/><br/>Excellent communication skills and man-to-man sales skills.<br/><br/>Hunger to grow in the company and add value to the SMEs across the country.<br/><br/>Can work in high pressure situations and completely hands-on; the knack to hustle and get the job done.<br/><br/>Flexible to travel around and fluent in Hindi, English, and local language.<br/><br/>Please apply only if you have experience in end-to-end sales and if you are from banks, NBFC or FinTech background.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
