Job Description - Peping - Area Sales Manager

What is Peping? Peping is a healthcare brand trying to change how Indians consume beverages. We have created India's first juice-based daily probiotic drink with a mission to enhance the health of a billion guts. We're revolutionizing beverage consumption in India and are already available in over 200+ stores in Bangalore, as well as on quick commerce platforms like Swiggy Instamart and BB now. What are we looking for? We are hiring for an early team member to drive the growth of our probiotic beverage business from its current stage to new heights in the offline segment. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives on challenges and has an insatiable appetite for success. What should you have to qualify for the role?- Be self-motivated and have a strong love for hustling and toiling your way into getting things done. - A bachelor's degree from a top-tier college or university - Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore - Prior experience working with consumer goods startups or companies would be a big plus What your work would look like while at Peping?1. Assess and grasp the sales process of Peping, meeting both short-term and long-term sales goals. 2. Work closely with the founding team to identify customer needs and craft marketing strategies based on customer interactions and feedback. 3. Work on onboarding modern retail chains & supermarkets, running kiosks, and roadshows for Peping. 4. Offer insights into enhancing the product portfolio
