Global Engagement Leader A techno-business person who has demonstrated strong capabilities in driving GTM solution enabled business growth. Knowledge and understanding of Wireless technologies (5G / Wifi) solutions to CSP and enterprises / verticals. Ability to understand business problems and help drive connectivity solutions. She / He should have had a good experience in driving sales and / or a business line. Proven capability to drive deal closures accountability to drive growth. Should have had the experience of having worked in solutioning or Offerings management or pre-sales. Good Knowledge of 5G SA, Private wireless for Enterprises, Telco cloud, IIoT. Good understanding of concept of MEC/Edge computing. Ability to relate business challenge with solutions and use case for different industries using private wireless network. Should be ready to carry numbers and drive same through front end sales teams across focus geographies. This person will need to : 1. Implement and execute Wipro Level strategy and GTM objectives with Nokia to grow joint revenues from next generation Wireless offerings (5G ) for various enterprise verticals 2. Develop and champion Offerings catalogue with Account teams and drive sales plan across geographies for specific accounts. Develop account specific plans to drive joint solutions in consultation with the Account Owners. 3. Proactively drive solutions for pursuits as well as new business opportunities in existing engagement. Develop business models to deliver a differentiated business proposition to pursuits/existing clients and win deals. 4. Build and track pipeline with stakeholders 5. Drive opportunities in collaboration with multiple stakeholders to a successful closure 6. Anchor communication to various stakeholders by setting up governance mechanism 7. Drive governance of joint roadmap offerings together with Nokia The person in this role will likely have the following attributes: Strong ability to collaborate.
