Role: RCM Sales Lead Location: India / USA. Duration: Full Time No. of position: 1 EvolveBPO is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional to help us drive new business conversion. Someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in RCM Sales is preferred in this exciting, fast-paced position to convert potential customers in the US market. Role Brief: The RCM Sales Lead will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for actively developing, managing, and closing new sales opportunities for EvolveBPO in the US market space. As a Revenue Cycle Management Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities. Leveraging your expertise in RCM sales, you will promote EvolveBPO’s suite of services and solutions, demonstrating how our offerings can optimize revenue cycles and enhance operational efficiency for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Create sales pipelines to acquire and onboard new customers seeking RCM solutions. Identify and prioritize target markets and prospective clients within the healthcare industry. Conduct sales presentations based on analysis of customers’ needs, limitations, and capabilities. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives, practice managers, and decision-makers. Guide client through online account setup process. Manage client expectations by describing implementation and customer support processes. Use HubSpot (client relationship management software) to track and follow-up on all prospects, appointments, and emails in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and address specific pain points. Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to management. Proficiency in working with Small and Large Multi-Specialty clients on multiple EMR platforms and Clearinghouses. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Minimal 5 years Direct B2B Sales experience with a proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within the healthcare industry. Experience in Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process sales. Have carried and achieved an individual Sales Quota. Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a CRM platform preferably Hubspot. Strong network of contacts within the healthcare community, including hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and other healthcare facilities in the US market. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
