Job Description - Regional Sales Manager for UP

  • Responsibilities :

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
    • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
    • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the steel industry.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Additional Requirements :

    • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
