Hi Pidilite is hiring for Regional Technical Sales Manager Location : Chennai Skill : Regional Technical Sales Manager Exp : 6 to 15 years Age : Upto 32 Education : B.TECH( Civil ) or MBA Communication : Excellent communication Industry Exp :Cement/Paint/Waterproofing/ Building Material Job description Responsibilities:- Market Development: implementation of all Market Development Plans / Modules for infrastructure / logistics requirements for effective implementation insights on the effectiveness of current field marketing modules & implementation of corrective actions. key user & influencer connect Engage End Users: training programs for skill development. proper implementation & feedback of loyalty programs. generation of database of users/influencers Effective implementation of modules related to New Products: pre-launch promotional activities in conjunction with HO team inputs on ‘Post Launch Activities’ / marketing strategy to Category team with external promotion agency & the Category team on implementation, progress & review on establishing marketing objectives for the product Market Feedback : for providing timely & meaningful feedbacks on various initiatives for accomplishing market research projects People Management : induction for new joiners and current team members on new modules reviews of the team, track performances against identified key indicators guidance, support & on the job training as per the training needs of the team team Score Cards Technical Reports on demand service for preparing technical reports for sites relating to new construction/renovation. the technical report based on site inspection by TE/ASI for the successful closure of customer complaints.
