Summary: Kimia Journey, an IATA-accredited TMC headquartered in Dubai with direct access to Dubai visa services, is seeking a Reservations and Sales Agent. This role is pivotal in expanding our Dubai travel products and first-hand supply in India. You will generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless travel arrangements for our corporate and individual clients. Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential B2B and B2C clients, promoting our specialized travel solutions including corporate programs and group tours. Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure beneficial agreements. Reservation Management: Handle corporate and individual bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans. Deliver exceptional customer service, swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Account Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with a portfolio of clients. Tailor travel solutions to meet client needs and preferences. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, enhancing the overall travel experience. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a travel agency setting.
