Sales Analyst
We are looking for a talented and analytical Sales Analyst to join our team. He/She will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by generating reports, providing insightful analysis and facilitating sales managers to make data-based decisions to optimize sales performance in their respective regions. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

What you will do
Data Management: Maintain and organize sales data by working closely with the Data/ IT team and field teams to improve data accuracy and completeness.
Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and streamline the sales process by working with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and automation tools.
Enable Data-based Decisions: Generate reports on sales performance to analyze trends, patterns and provide inisghts. Enable managers to understand insights from data and develop strategies accordingly.
Action Research: Conduct action research to build understanding of the customer archetype, their purchasing behaviour and potential market opportunities.
Ideal persona
Fresher from premium institutions with a background in Commerce, Economics, Pure Science, or Engineering with Internship experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to understand CRM systems (Zoho)
Qualities
Mission-driven: excited about making a difference in the lives of smallholder farmers in the age of climate change.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, often resource-constrained environment, and the ability to wear multiple hats as needed.
Biased towards action and comfortable with learning from mistakes
Willingness to travel and work from rural India at least 10 days a month.
