Job Description - Sales Analyst

THIS IS A FULL REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

destinationone Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Analyst to support our sales and marketing team. This role is crucial for expanding our reach within specific sectors including government municipalities nonprofits foundations charities and public companies across British Columbia Canada and Washington and Oregon States in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients categorizing them by industry and compiling key contact details to enrich our CRM database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients within the specified regions and sectors (government municipalities nonprofits foundations charities and public companies).
  • Categorize each entity under the appropriate industry based on established criteria.
  • Gather and verify contact information for key personnel specifically HR Directors and HR Managers.
  • Find and document LinkedIn profiles of relevant contacts.
  • Accurately input all data into our CRM system ensuring each entry is complete and uptodate.
  • Map out the entire market landscape within the assigned regions and complete the CRM entries within the contract duration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in market research data analysis or a similar role in sales.
  • Exceptional skills in data gathering analysis and entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM software and data management.
  • Ability to categorize and systematize large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the specific regional markets (British Columbia Washington and Oregon) is highly preferred.
  • Must be proactive with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field is preferred.
