JOB TITLE: Sales Cum Make-Up Assistant

We are looking for an experienced individual with make-up artistry skills to join our Retail team in Mumbai.

Role DescriptionFamiliarize self with Kryolan products and stay up to date with latest products, best practices and toolsUnderstanding requirements of Customers from a personal, visual and technical standpointProvide Customers with a variety of looks, giving them different options to choose from, within the Kryolan product rangeApply simple or complex makeup in a professional manner to ensure excellent visual results. responsible for helping Customers to realize their beauty dreamsEnsure that all make up applied on Customers blend with their skin tone, to make it more believable and fitting to their requirements, thereby showing your expertise on the jobAssist in appropriate removal of make up as and when requiredClean and maintain makeup applicators and tools frequentlyKeep an up to date personal portfolio by taking pictures and making video recordings of jobs done to showcase expertise to new CustomersMust have patience to deal with Customers complaintsMust be able to work under pressureConstantly acquire more knowledge on makeup by participating in training and workshops to learn latest makeup techniques, with the aim of achieving better results and giving Customers more satisfactionClosely work with colleagues and be an active team memberAdhere strictly to high standards of personal hygiene
