JOB TITLE: Sales Cum Make-Up Assistant

We are looking for an experienced individual with make-up artistry skills to join our Retail team in Mumbai.

Role Description

• Familiarize self with Kryolan products and stay up to date with latest products, best practices and tools
• Understanding requirements of Customers from a personal, visual and technical standpoint
• Provide Customers with a variety of looks, giving them different options to choose from, within the Kryolan product range
• Apply simple or complex makeup in a professional manner to ensure excellent visual results. responsible for helping Customers to realize their beauty dreams
• Ensure that all make up applied on Customers blend with their skin tone, to make it more believable and fitting to their requirements, thereby showing your expertise on the job
• Assist in appropriate removal of make up as and when required
• Clean and maintain makeup applicators and tools frequently
• Keep an up to date personal portfolio by taking pictures and making video recordings of jobs done to showcase expertise to new Customers
• Must have patience to deal with Customers complaints
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Constantly acquire more knowledge on makeup by participating in training and workshops to learn latest makeup techniques, with the aim of achieving better results and giving Customers more satisfaction
• Closely work with colleagues and be an active team member
• Adhere strictly to high standards of personal hygiene

Requirements from Candidate

• Make-Up Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales
• Creative and artistic mindset
• Attention to detail
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
