data-driven sampling campaigns. We are seeking a talented and experienced Business

Development Sales Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth.

Job Overview:

As a Business Development Sales Specialist at Samplrr, you will be responsible for

identifying and developing new business opportunities within the FMCG industry. The ideal

candidate should possess extensive knowledge of sales techniques, have a proven track

record of successfully working with FMCG companies as clients, and boast a strong network

within the FMCG sector. This role requires a proactive, confident, and highly motivated

individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and target potential FMCG clients and develop a strategic sales plan to

expand Samplrr's client base.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

within FMCG companies.

● Actively participate in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals,

while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for

clients.

● Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights and

recommendations to clients.

● Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.

● Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.

● Attend industry events and conferences to enhance the company's presence and

network.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree

preferred).

● Minimum of 6 months to 1 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on

FMCG clients.

● Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Extensive knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong network within the FMCG industry.

● Proactive, confident, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Willingness to travel as needed.
