Build strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences. Provide personalized design recommendations and solutions tailored to each client's specific requirements.2.Sales Support: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue. Collaborate with the sales team to develop post-closing sales strategies and initiatives. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients to promote additional products and services.3.Design Consultation: Conduct on-site visits or virtual consultations to evaluate spaces and recommend design enhancements. Offer expert advice on furniture arrangement, decor, lighting, and other design elements to optimize functionality and aesthetics. Create mood boards, design sketches, and visualizations to illustrate proposed design concepts effectively. Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal design teams and external vendors to facilitate the implementation of post-closing design solutions. Oversee the procurement and delivery of products and materials required for design enhancements. Ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.4.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details. Generate reports on post-closing sales performance, including key metrics such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and customer satisfaction levels. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.Requirement Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in interior design, sales, or a related role, preferably in the residential or commercial design industry. Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Demonstrated sales acumen and negotiation skills. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp etc. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
