Overview:

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential global customers. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Identify potential global customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
• Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Research and identify potential customers to build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our products/services effectively.
• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
• Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
