Position Title: Sales Engineer
Overview: As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the technical intricacies of our products or services and effectively communicating their value to prospective clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, present solutions, and support the sales process from inception to closure. Your expertise in both technical and sales domains will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Converting leads for the Organization.
2. Keeping track of the proposals submitted and keep communicating with internal and external teams.
3. Coordinating with the project team and ensuring projects are completed on time
Responsibility Deliverable

Tasks & Activities
a. Providing relevant proposals for the leads generated b. Follow-up and ensuring conversion of the proposals shared in to sales
c. Analyzing sales data and improving conversion ratio
a. Maintaining the data of proposals generated in the ERP and keeping it updated
b. Sharing the proposals with the estimation team and management for further action
c. Reaching out to prospective clients on a continuous basis
d. Ensuring that the leads generated are serviced (proposal sent/declined etc)
e. Building and maintaining client relations. f. Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
Coordinating with the projects team and sharing the information with the client
a. Monitor the ongoing projects of clients and convey the message of the client to the production team and vice versa.
b. Stay in touch with the accounts team for creation of challan etc. and generation of invoices as per payment terms
Measurement Metrics
a. No of orders cracked
b. Resolution of customer complaints
