Job Title: Sales Executive - Printing Packaging

Location: Okhla, Delhi & Baddi, HP

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the printing packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our innovative packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the printing packaging market.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide customized packaging solutions.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide market feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports for the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the printing packaging industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
