Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking efforts.

Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and present tailored solutions that address their needs effectively.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, and to generate repeat business and referrals.

Deal Closure: Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

Proven track record of 2-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in a competitive environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Knowledge of financial markets and investment products, particularly shares and stocks, is advantageous.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand clients' needs and position our solutions effectively.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
