Job Title: Sales Intern Department: Sales and Business Development Location: 750 Udyog Vihar, Third Floor, Gurgaon Reports To: Senior Business Development Manager Salary Budget ( inhand ) : 10,000 Per Month Company Overview: Branding Pioneers is a leading digital marketing agency in Gurgaon, specializing in innovative marketing solutions for the healthcare and B2B sectors. We are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic Sales Interns who are eager to learn and contribute to our growth. Job Overview: As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, from initial contact with potential clients to the final stages of deal closure. You will be responsible for managing leads, conducting cold calls and WhatsApp messages, pitching our proprietary SaaS tools, and assisting in creating and sending proposals. This position requires confidence, excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and a basic understanding of digital marketing. Responsibilities: Lead Management: Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records of interactions. Update and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calls and send cold WhatsApp messages to potential clients to introduce our services and SaaS tools. Engage with prospects to pique their interest in our offerings. Pitching and Proposals: Assist in pitching agency-made SaaS tools to prospects. Help prepare detailed proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients. Nurturing Prospects: Send regular follow-up messages to nurture relationships with prospects. Provide prospects with updated information and answers to their queries to move them through the sales funnel. Deal Closure and Appointments: Assist in closing deals and finalizing agreements. Schedule and coordinate appointments for senior Business Development (BD) staff with potential clients. Reporting: Prepare sales reports and participate in team meetings to discuss progress and strategies. Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Confidence in handling phone calls and messaging platforms. Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint). Personal Attributes: Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving. Compensation: A monthly stipend will be provided. After 3 months, variable incentives based on performance will be introduced.
