Job summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ranchi. Responsible for overseeing the Sales management, reporting, and client handle, fund raising and deal closing for the company. Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the entire sales team.
Job seniority: director level and above
Responsibilities
• Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes for multiple projects. • Responsible for entire township projects Team Targets and manage Sales Leaders & entire sales team effectively. • Able to achieve month on month sales targets. • Aggressively driving Sales, Lead generation, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management. • Good team management skills. • Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills. • Able to train /mentor /coach and make his team perform.
Requirements
• Total 10+ years experience and at least 5 years experience in Real Estate of which minimum 3+ years experience in Ranchi Region Real Estate market. • Bachelor's degree in Related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of Marketing and financial analysis. • Experience in real estate sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make recommendations. • Proficiency in relevant software and applications such as Excel.
