Candidates should have experience in Staff Augmentation and hunting and farming experience in IT. Candidates need to have a strong presence in enterprise accounts. Candidates should have strong experience in T&M engagement of different technologies. Candidates should have a strong track record of success. Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills. Candidates should be able to respond to RFP and be able to understand engagement documentation and process.
