Exp: 3-5 years of selling products or service to Newspaper Industry
CTC: Rs.8-10 lacs pa

Qualification: - Sales to Newspaper Industry Segment: _
Education: Graduates in Engineering/ Printing/ Management/ IT
Compensation: Best in the Industry with attractive Bonus.
Language Proficiency: English, Hindi and Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam.
Note: Selling experience to Newspaper Industry exposure is essential. Product experience is preferable; however, training can be given in-house.
Job Description:
1. Data Sourcing and Management:
- Sourcing accurate contact details of Newspaper Industry from various sources including social media, offline networks of decision makers in the departments of Prepress, Editorial, and Printing and IT.
- Maintaining database on the Cadgraf templates.
2. Sales Meetings:
- Preparing for client meetings after structured research about client needs.
- Having effective sales meetings.
- Understand the needs and problems of the customer!
- Position the relevant Cadgraf solutions for various needs and problems of clients.
- Position Cadgraf as a total solution provider and long-standing track record.
- Identify requirements from the clients and the urgency of the need.
- Estimate the financial viability of the customer in procuring the solutions.
3. Sales Proposals:
- Create presentations and demos based on the identified client requirements.
- Co-ordinate with the Operations team and the profitability
- Handle objections in co-ordination with Technical Team

4. Sales Conversion:
- Negotiate WIN - WIN deals for clients and Cadgraf.
- Establish the value proposition and document expectations to the clients.
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.
5. Client co-ordination:
- Write emails professionally and record aa discussions with the client.
- Be the interface between the client and operations team from contract to completion of event.
- Re-establish fulfillment agreed client expectations and realization of intended value proposition.
- Obtain testimonials and client referrals after implementation.
