Designation - Sales Manager ( Customizes software - ERP Software) Gender: (Male/Female both can apply) Job Location- Surat Time - 10am-7pm Nature of business- Manufacturer of Customizes Industrial Software Salary budget - 50,000 to 80,000 Job Description: As a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading and managing the sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets within the IT industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT products and services, and a proven track record in sales management. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the IT sector. 2. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. 3. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as needed to support business growth objectives. 4.
