Role Purpose
To support the development of the GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved and operational efficiency is maximized.
Job Responsibilities:
- least 8-10 years of experience in International Education/EdTech/Education industry preferably in managing call centre/customer service executives of which at least 3 years should be at a team leader position.
- of Dubai/European market is preferable but not mandatory. Team handling experience of managing at least 8-10 member.
- driven and ability to achieve numbers in highly competitive environment.
- and knowledge of setting up processes will be an added advantage.
- and knowledge of CRM and telephony is a must.
