Sales Target

Responsible for managing NRI sales for the organization and overlook retail sales for Ghatkopar site

Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD

Responsible for achievement for sales target in terms of no. of flats sold for NRI clients and retail clients

P & L Management

Ensure target driven salesof flats as per the pricing as decided by management

Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and banks

Responsible for Reduction of Voluntary customer booking cancellation and increase customer retention.

Business Intelligence

Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects

Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure profitability

Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same

Customer Relations

Ensure customer grievances are addressed on timely manner

Ensure timely Redressal of pre & post sales customer queries

Ensure proper documentation for all clients

Operation & MIS

To follow current SOP’s formulated and strive continuously to improve the same

Ensure timely submission of MIS to management
