Showcase expertise in successfully launching new product categories within the HORECA sector, ensuring strategic market penetration and sustainable growth. Assume accountability for profit and loss management within the HORECA segment, meticulously overseeing financial performance and implementing effective strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining product quality and brand integrity. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing, focusing on premium dairy products. Proven track record managing relationships with high-profile hospitality clients.
