We are currently seeking a Sales Operations to join our client's Chennai office.

As a Sales Operations professional of Real Estate Channel Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. You will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, optimizing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management

● Predicting sales trends and managing the sales pipeline for timely closures.

● Using tools like Excel for accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking.

● Sales Process Optimization

● Improving sales workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

● Leveraging technology and data analysis for process automation.

● Data Analysis and Reporting

● Analyzing sales data to generate actionable insights and KPI reports.

● Creating customizable reports and dashboards using Excel and Sheets.

● Sales Enablement

● Equipping sales teams with necessary resources and training.

● Developing sales collateral and ensuring alignment with marketing efforts.

● Territory Management

● Strategically assigning territories and optimizing performance.

● Facilitating communication among sales reps to maximize coverage.

● Handle Google sheets, Excel, Powerpoint Presentation and Word

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

● Proven minimum experience of 4years in sales operations or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

● Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

● Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations is a plus.
