Sikich is seeking a Sales Operations Admin - NetSuite with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team, who can provide business development support to middle and upper-management in the Technology pillar.

Job Responsibilities
- Strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone.
- Understand the client target profile and sales approach.
- Register Coupa leads for co-sell or reseller & Perform research and gather information for new Coupa functionality.
- Excellent research acumen and ability to compile lists of leads on daily basis.
- Handle administrative duties for the sales team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings, and preparing for NetSuite solution demonstrations.
- Perform research and gather information for new NetSuite functionality.
- Review potential ROE conflicts with new alliance PDR’s.
- Compile information regarding memory Blue/Tiger Initiative.
- Perform data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
- Prepare market research reports using web tools and domains.
Requirements for successful candidate
- 3+ years of US experience in a business development role is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or communications-related field.
- Previous technology sales or research positions preferred.
- Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision.
- Strong workload management skills.
- Effective communicator and not afraid to ask questions.
- Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, such as NetSuite, is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
