Job Description - Sales Operations Analyst

Position: Manager (Sales Excellence Team) - Bangalore

Experience: 3+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a role that directly works with CEO’s and COO’s office across Sales and

Delivery Operations.

1. Provide data analysis and reports to leaders in the organization.

Delivery Operations

2. Revenue Assurance: Tracking the revenue estimates from various teams and creating an independent view of revenue.

3. Cost Optimization: Look at various cost levers and work on optimising them.

4. Analyse the business performance for the Sub-units and provide intelligence to the leaders.

5. Effort and Utilization: Trending of billable and non-billable effort

6. Create financial and manpower models.

7. Revenue and Operational Assurance activities and help leadership in Operations Governance

8. Work on Automating and Enhancing the delivery operations systems and process.

Sales Operations

1. Pipeline tracking and analysis of deals – Analyse quantity and quality of the pipeline.

2. Conduct Win Loss analysis

3. Sales Governance review

4. Measure Sales Effectiveness

5. Analyse the Win TCV and conversion to order book and revenue profile (ACV)

6. Provide environment, competitive and customer intelligence.

7. Provide operational support in the current CRM system.

Work on Automating and Enhancing the CRM operations systems and process.
