Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Operations Intern. The Sales Operations Intern will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations tasks, including analyzing data, communicating with customers, providing customer service, and supporting the sales team. The role is located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of sales operations processes and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
