Duties & Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking activities. Having expertise in getting Government approvals for TMT/ Structural steel. Having product knowledge and marketing experience to do sales to corporate entities. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers in the target industry. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to anticipate changes and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
