About the Role: We're in search of someone who has not only excelled in a sales role but has also transitioned into training, mentoring, and developing other sales professionals. Your real-world experience in sales, combined with your training expertise, will be pivotal in driving our team's success. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, or classes for sales and operations teams, both in person and through virtual platforms. Training Support: Assist in the development and design of training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia content. Individual Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to address specific skill gaps or performance issues identified during training sessions. Training Evaluation: Assist in assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and collaborate with the Head of Learning and Development to make necessary adjustments and improvements. Administrative Support: Assist in the logistical aspects of training programs, such as hiring, onboarding, registration, venue arrangements, and tracking training attendance.
