Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Nayab Stores. As a crucial member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and fostering strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Scout for exhibitions and flea markets in Bengaluru and across South India to identify strategic sales opportunities. Secure prime locations for Nayab Stores' presence at exhibitions, ensuring maximum visibility and foot traffic. Actively participate in exhibitions, representing Nayab Stores and showcasing our exquisite range of sarees. Engage with customers, provide product demonstrations, and offer personalized assistance to drive sales and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate closely with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives. Maintain a thorough understanding of Nayab Stores' product offerings, including fabric types, designs, and customization options. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Assist in post-exhibition follow-up activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and feedback collection. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and sales reporting. Provide regular updates and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Requirements: Fluency in Kannada and English languages is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and across South India for exhibitions and promotional events. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. High level of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm for the role.
