 Position Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Senior Salespersons to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. The primary responsibility of this role is to pitch our products to various individuals and stores, ultimately driving sales and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our products.
• Identify and approach potential customers and stores to pitch our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Reuirements:

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent sales pitch quality and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Ability to handle tough situations and overcome objections.
• Good understanding of the market and industry dynamics.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed. 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
