About the role
As part of the residential sales team, you will play a pivotal role in representing our luxury real estate offerings to HNI / Ultra-HNI clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of the luxury real estate market as well as your excellent network to enable potential clients find their dream homes. You will work with Ultra-HNI clients to establish trust, develop relationships and close
critical deals.
What
- You Will Be Doing
Proactively identify and reach out to potential HNI / Ultra HNI clients through networking, referrals, and targeted - marketing efforts.Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / Ultra HNI clients, including investors, high-profile individuals, and
- business leaders.Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve resident
- ial sales targets.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to
- potential buyers.Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaig
- ns and promotions.Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation
- to closing deals.Provide regular market analysis and reports regarding the real estate industry to the senio
- r management team.Track and analyse sales data, including conversion
rates and revenue.

Extensive experience in the sale of luxury real estate projects, new real estate project launches, development of broker ne - twork and HNI deals.Proven 8-12 years’ experience in ultra-luxury residential real estate sales, specifically worki
